Privacy Policy

How Twidlee handles personal information across our customer app, restaurant services, and website.

Effective date: September 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Twidlee Inc. (“Twidlee”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles personal information when you use the Twidlee customer application, restaurant-facing services, and Twidlee websites.

Information we handle

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, show market-appropriate restaurants and deals, process and manage reservations, support customers and restaurants, secure the service, troubleshoot problems, improve Twidlee, comply with law, and enforce our terms.

When information is shared

We may share information with the restaurant involved in a reservation or deal where it is necessary to provide the service. We may also use service providers that help us operate hosting, infrastructure, communications, support, security, and related business functions. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a lawful corporate transaction.

Advertising identifier

The current Twidlee Customer app release is not designed to use the Android Advertising ID for advertising or ad targeting.

International processing

Twidlee serves more than one market and uses technology infrastructure and service providers that may operate in countries different from the country where you live. Accordingly, information may be processed internationally subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods can differ depending on the type of information and the reason it is held.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your Twidlee account and associated personal information. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or regulatory purposes. Where appropriate, retained records may be limited or de-identified.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability of personal information. You may contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests.

Children

Twidlee is not intended to be used by children in a manner prohibited by applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information to Twidlee may contact us.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Twidlee evolves. The effective date shown at the top will be updated when a revised policy is published.
