These Terms of Service govern use of the Twidlee customer app, restaurant-facing services, and Twidlee websites. By using Twidlee, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Twidlee's role
Twidlee provides technology that helps users discover participating restaurants, view offers, and access reservation-related services. Participating restaurants remain responsible for their food, premises, menu information, service, fulfilment, and restaurant-specific terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your account credentials, and promptly notifying Twidlee of suspected unauthorized access. You may not misuse another person's account.
Deals and reservations
Deals may be limited by time, capacity, menu eligibility, availability, market, restaurant rules, or other conditions displayed with the offer. Reservations and deals may change or become unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing the displayed conditions before completing a reservation or using an offer.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with Twidlee systems, attempt unauthorized access, abuse reservation or deal mechanisms, scrape or reproduce protected service content in violation of law or these terms, or use the service for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Twidlee software, branding, designs, and service content owned by Twidlee are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Restaurant names, logos, menus, photographs, and other restaurant materials may belong to the applicable restaurant or other rights holder.
Service changes
Twidlee may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We may also take action against accounts that violate these terms or create security, legal, or service-integrity risks.
Account deletion
You can start an account-deletion request through twidlee.app/delete-account. Information about data handling is available in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Twidlee is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Restaurant products and on-premise services are provided by the participating restaurant.
